individual Therapy

(adults & adolescents 16+)

Combining the benefits of exercise, being outdoors, and talk therapy into one powerful activity.  You may choose this method for all of our sessions together, or add the occasional 'walk and talk' to enhance our traditional in-office or online sessions.

We will meet for a 60 minute session at an agreed upon local park where we will walk the entire session, or we may stop at a bench and talk for part of the time - you are in complete control over how we structure our time together.

The same level of confidentiality cannot be guaranteed since it is a public place, however I will do my best to protect your privacy.  Contact me for more details about this offering.

You don't just have a "work self" or "school self" or "home self."  All of these aspects influence, overlap, and affect who you are as a whole.  Your work life can easily affect your relationships and family functioning, while things going on at home can impact your work or school performance. Below are specific services designed to free you from overwhelm and worry, and to restore balance to your stressful and busy life.

Group Therapy

  • Self Care

We are in the process of hosting a teen girls group that focuses on self-esteem, healthy relationships, stress and anxiety. This group will meet every other Tuesday evening at 6:30pm for a total of 6 sessions.

Registration and start date announced soon.  Visit our site www.BlossomGirls.org for more information about our programming for teen girls.  Contact us for details.

You have a busy life so meeting face-to-face isn't always an option for you.  If you live outside of the DFW metroplex (but still in TX), work long hours, have issues with transportation or with finding childcare, you can still get the same level of high quality care right from where you are - your kitchen, your couch, even your hotel room.

The Regroup Therapy software used for online counseling is secure, HIPAA compliant, free to install, and easy to set up - all you need is a computer with a web camera/mic and broadband internet access.  At the time of your session, I will video call you and we will have our session in the same way we would have an in-office session.
